Jennifer's memorial service was held at the historical Liberty Theater on Sunday August 21, 2011. More than 500 came to remember her life and love. The Liberty Theater holds special significance as it was the location of Chris and Jen's first date on August 27, 1991.
The elements of the event were designed by Jennifer for all who attended to know how she chose to live and to understand her motivation for living and attitude for taking each day to its fullest.
The worships songs sung were significant for her and chosen beforehand. Her wishes were specific in the desire to have Pastor Jason Biel share that her motivation for living was in her faith in Christ, and that her inner strength and beauty emanated from her personal relationship with her maker.
